Diwali corporate gifting has a predictable failure mode: a generic box of dry fruits or a branded diary that ends up in a drawer by January. If you're sending gifts to clients or employees this year, the goal isn't to spend more — it's to send something that actually gets used or kept.
A few things worth thinking about before you order in bulk:
Skip anything with your logo plastered across it
Branding a gift too aggressively turns it into an ad, not a gift. A small, tasteful mention — a card, a subtle tag — reads as thoughtful. A logo printed on the box itself usually reads as marketing spend.
Pick something with a use, not just a look
Scented candles work well here because they get burned, not shelved. A hamper that includes a candle, a diffuser, and something like dried potpourri tends to get more actual use than a plate of sweets that gets regifted.
Personalize where it's cheap to do so
A handwritten note or a name card costs you almost nothing and changes how the gift is received. If you're ordering in bulk, ask your supplier whether they can add a short personal message per client — it's a small ask that most people skip.
Think about who's actually opening it
A hamper for a CXO and a hamper for a junior team member probably shouldn't be identical. If your budget allows, tier your gifting — even two variants goes a long way.
Our own Diwali hampers are built around this logic: a hand-poured candle, matches, dried potpourri, and packaging that doesn't scream “corporate gift.” We do bulk orders with GST billing and pan-India shipping if you're gifting at scale — reach out and we'll help you figure out quantities and timelines.
