INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Worldwide Shipping

Sorcish ships to selected international destinations worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and other government-imposed charges.

The customer is solely responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, clearance charges, and any other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Sorcish shall not be responsible for:

  • Customs duties or import taxes.
  • Customs clearance delays.
  • Brokerage or handling fees.
  • Additional government charges imposed by the destination country.

Failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees may result in shipment delays, refusal of delivery, return of shipment, or destruction of the package by customs authorities. In such cases, Sorcish shall not be liable for any refund of shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, or related expenses.


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all labels, tags, inserts, accessories, and components.
  • Be free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Sorcish reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Gift hampers and curated gift sets.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital products or services.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges.
  • Customs duties.
  • Import taxes.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Handling charges.
  • Any other costs associated with returning a product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Sorcish is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your claim must include:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging.
  • A video showing the issue, where applicable.

Upon verification, Sorcish may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund.

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges.
  • Customs duties.
  • Import taxes.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Currency conversion fees.
  • Payment gateway charges.
  • Any government-imposed fees.

Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer,
  • Left unclaimed,
  • Returned due to incorrect address,
  • Returned due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or import fees,

any refund issued will be reduced by:

  • Original shipping charges.
  • Return shipping costs.
  • Customs duties and taxes.
  • Carrier handling fees.
  • Any expenses incurred by Sorcish.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Limitation of Liability

Sorcish shall not be liable for delays, losses, damages, or additional costs resulting from customs inspections, government actions, carrier delays, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.
